Salon etiquette we ask everyone to honour
The space is small; a few house rules keep the room calm for pastry people and first dates alike.
- Phones on silent — quick photos welcome, flash off.
- One laptop at a time during the quiet hour (15:00–17:00).
- Outside cakes need a heads-up 48 hours ahead — we charge a small plating fee (demo).
- Strollers park by the door; high chairs available on request.

- Quill South — three minutes on foot, step-free from the platform.

- Along the lane beside the florist; bring a lock — we keep hooks inside for helmets only.

- One shallow threshold at the door; single-stall WC with grab bar. Ask about reserved seating.
